Hi everyone and Happy First Monday in June! WOW! I cannot believe that half the year is gone already. The same thing happened to me last year and I swore that I would enjoy these days more...but it has snuck up on me again!
Today I would like to share my Blue Paris card with you. I love Paris and hope to someday visit. Just the word is magical. It conjures images of arty places, elegance and mystery.
My Blue Paris card started with a white card base, blue glitter card stock and a Paris collage sheet by Graphic 45 papers. I added these really pretty deep blue acrylic gems.
Two special items:
2. The second item that I want to share with you is the pretty paper that I used on the right side of the card. It looks a little purplish which it is. It looks a little glittery and it is - but has no glitter on it. This is a special paper that is made by Graphic Products Corp. This company finds and distributes all kinds of handmade papers from all over the world. They also have a scrapbooking section where this particular paper is found.
Here's a close up of my seal.
I hope that you enjoyed this card as much as I did making it. Thanks for stopping by.

- The was seal that you see on my card is actually a faux wax seal that I made. There is this great place online (see my places to shop list, its there!) where you can buy faux wax sticks. This is not colored hot glue. After the seals are made they are flexible and realistic looking. I used a regular seal to get my rose. I added gold rubbing wax to bring out the image of the rose in my finished seal.
Here's a close up of my seal.
