To Be Continued - A Precision Die Card

Today's card is a faux collage card.  My card base is white cardstock.  I added a single sheet of patterned paper to the front.  I did die cut each piece separately.  It is really easy to die cut accurately and in the same place on two different pieces of paper with these dies.

I offset the patterned paper so that half the window was outlined in white.  I added some typewriter key patterned paper on the inside of my card so that it would show through the windows.

I love the way this gold heat embossed stamp came out!

Hope you enjoyed today's card. Come back again soon!

Punk Joy Precision Die Card

Today's card is for those who love Steampunk as I do!

I used the 1.25 staggered three square die to cut out my windows.  I added these great typewriter key stickers (3-d) onto brass gears and adhered them inside my windows.  The card is ivory cardstock with a newspaper print front and stamped with a gears stamp.

I love the Tim Holtz key and clamp.

Come back tomorrow for more ideas!

Precision Die Cards - A Weekend of Ideas! Seashells

Hi everyone!

I love these new Frantic Stamper Precision Dies so much that I've decided (for now) to dedicate the first weekend every month to create with them!  So, stick around as I explore how wonderful these dies are and what can be done with them!  They are truly an "outside the box" tool!

Although this isn't the first weekend of October, I thought I would share some more of the cards that I've created with these dies.

Today's card is my very favorite.  It's called SeaShells.

My card is just one layer - the base card itself which is ivory cardstock.  I cut out my windows first and then embossed with a cuttlebug folder.  I used tea dye and Tumbled Glass Distress Inks to color my card. This inside is a blue fish patterned paper from Graphic 45.

I love the pearl and stitch border.  It goes really well with the shells.

This is how the card looks open.  I find that writing with a white pen works well.

Hope you liked my card!
Come back soon for more inspiration!

HI - a Precision Die Card

Today's card is a simple card.  It has an unexpected wist though with the way I positiioned the 6-square die.  I also mixed ivory and white together on the same card which I ordinarily don't do.

This card has clean elegant lines (Dazzles). And has a simple greeting.

I wanted to show the inside of my card.  I really like this stamp (Frantic Stamper Stamp).

I hope you enjoyed my cards this weekend. Come back again for more inspiration!
