Skulls Halloween Collage

I've been challenging myself to use papers that I ordinarily wouldn't pick (this being one).  I'm not a "skulls" person LOL but the black and white of this paper design kind of drew me in.

The Littlest Pumpkins

I thought this was a really pretty card to make.  Its a littel daring and has some unusual colors (green, blue and lavender).
  • I used a non traditional color (light blue) as part of my mat - it matches the small woman in the picture inset.
  • I added a tiny clear gem for the lady's earring and some at the bottom of my card,

Hope you enjoyed this card!

All Hallows Eve - A Halloween Card

Today's card:
  • black card base
  • Graphic 45 papers
  • orange ribbon
  • Bling (The bling doesn't come out well in this picture. Take my word for it, it looks great on the card. There is a sparkle every time the card is moved!)
  • glitter leaves from Frantic Stamper
  • A glitter black cauldron from Jolies
  • Tim holtz sticker words (Seasonal)

Close Up!

I love the little cauldron (Jolie's).  The words come from Tim Holtz.

See you tomorrow for more Halloween cards!

Time for Halloween Cards!~ Happy Haunting - I'm not Afraid!

Hi everyone!  I can't believe that the time has flown by!  It's almost Halloween and I've only made one Halloween card! Yikes!  So, I sat down today and made some fun ones!

I really love the Graphic 45 line.  I love their images and it reminds me of my childhood (yes, Im that old!).

Close Up!

I was going to layer paper for the flames but thought I'd use jewels instead.

I added some 2mm jewels on the candlestick to define the shape a little more.

Hope you enjoyed my card!  Come back again soon for more Halloween cards!

Girls at Play - a Precision Die Card

Today's card has a simple front but showing through is a stamped and colored image.

Close Up!

I wanted you to see the detail of this Frantic Stamper stamp:  four girls playing with dolls with beautiful scroll work around them.  It's really quite lovely. (I used distress ink pens to color them. I used the lighter colors.)

I hope you enjoyed today's card.  Come back again for more inspiration!
