I learned this simple technique from Rubbernecker.com.
I used the following supplies:
Close Up!
This is a picture of the three pears stamped onto my ivory card base before the ribbon. You can see a smudge on the lower right which I was able to take out with a damp towel (lucky!).
Technique:
Cute little dollar stamp, embossed in gold - just the right touch! Also, the stamp had nice detail so it wasn't a struggle trying to figure out what to color.
Hope you try this out too!

Technique:
- Stamp your card front with your design.
- Make a mask by stamping onto a piece of cardstock the same size as you card front. You want it this size to protect your card surface from ink. Read on before you cut!
- Cut only the far right pear out of the mask with an xacto blade or scissors. Save your cut piece.
- Place the mask on your card surface. Everything should be covered but the far right pear.
- Using a blending tool and Shabby Shutters, blend the green along the right side of the pear, making sure to get a darker green along the edge.
- Now take a blending tool with Mustard Seed and blend this color (starting at the right) all over your pear.
- Take a blending tool and using the Tea Dye, blend it onto the bottom of your pear.
- Take your cut piece of your mask and retape it onto the mask.
- Now cut the center pear out. Save the cut piece.
- Follow steps 4 through 7 for the center pear.
- Do the same for the left pear.
- Cool, huh?
