I experimented with double layers of washi tape in this card. Washi tape is transluscent (you can see through it). So, I used some plain and some stripe to see what it would do. Fabulous!
I like the contrast between the blue stripe and the yellow tapes.

I love the paper flower accent with the gem. It's unexpected.
